Edit (17-04-2008): Brightened model, added extra strands of hair being pulled.

I had intended to make this for *ManipulatedReality's photo-manipulation challenge, but I didn't make the two hour time limit. I should've tried for something simpler, but I went overboard with this big idea that needed a lot of stock and, of course, I wasn't quick enough . I still wanted to finish though, because I liked the image I had in my head, and here's the result
